How to use: Apply to clean lips; dry and previously exfoliated. Use the Pureline Lip Pencil to define your lips and prevent lip colour from bleeding into fine lines. Outline the edge of lips with small strokes. Or use the Pureline Lip Pencil as a base coat to ensure long-lasting wear. After outlining the edge of your lips, gently fill in your entire lip with colour. Apply your favourite shade of lipstick or gloss on top.
